Dallinger, J.It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of pin cushions, photo frames, covers and stands, paper weights, bridge table pencil holders, and bookends chiefly used on the table or in the household for utilitarian purposes, composed of metal plated with silver. The claim at 50 percent under paragraph 339 was therefore sustained. Woolworth v. United States (26 C. C. P. A. 221, C. A. D. 20, and T. D. 47857) cited.
