I concur. The meaning of the opinion of the court being that there is no necessity for the issue of any new bonds ; but “the debt” fixed upon the several townships by the act of 1888 shall be represented by the bonds heretofore issued, to be paid according to the provisions of the act; and I am authorized to say that such is the view of the other members of the court.
