concurring: I concur in the opinion of the Court and also in the opinion of Justice Allen, as I think that his concurring opinion deals more fully, argumentatively, and conclusively with the special ■matter he considers and the rest of the case presented in it. It is not a question of protracting litigation, but of doing justice according to the rules of law, however long it may take.
