dissenting. In this case, the Industrial Commission granted claimant temporary total disability compensation. A unanimous court of appeals, by denying appellant’s requested writ, affirmed the decision of the fact-finding commission. The court of appeals found that this was a “some evidence” case and found, in Dr. O’Connor’s report of July 22, 1987, some evidence to support the commission’s decision. I would affirm the court of appeals.
