James Harold SUMIEL, Plaintiff Appellant,
v.
Edward W. MURRAY, Defendant Appellee.
No. 94-6631.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: July 19, 1994
Decided: August 16, 1994.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. Henry C. Morgan, Jr., District Judge. (CA-93-826)
James Harold Sumiel, Appellant Pro Se.
Martha Murphey Parrish, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, Virginia, for Appellee.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before HALL, LUTTIG, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Sumiel v. Murray, No. CA-93-826 (E.D. Va. May 10, 1994; April 20, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
