Ghulam Mohammed NASIM, Petitioner Appellant,
v.
Carolyn RICKARDS, Warden, Petersburg Federal Correctional
Institute, Respondent Appellee.
No. 94-6499.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Oct. 18, 1994.
Decided Nov. 14, 1994.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. Robert E. Payne, District Judge. (CA-93-348-2).
Ghulam Mohammed Nasim, Appellant Pro Se. Helen F. Fahey, United States Attorney, Alexandria, VA, for Appellee.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before HALL and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for reconsideration of the court's prior order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2241 (1988) petition. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Nasim v. Rickards, No. CA-93-348-2 (E.D. Va. Apr. 15, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
