v.
MICHAEL KENNETH VALMORE,
Defendant-Appellant
Appeal from the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Texas
USDC No. 1:07-CR-242-1
Before WIENER, BENAVIDES, and STEWART, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:*
The attorney appointed to represent Michael Kenneth Valmore has moved
for leave to withdraw and has filed a brief in accordance with Anders v.

independent review of the record, counsel’s brief, and Valmore’s arguments
discloses no nonfrivolous issue for appeal. Accordingly, the motion for leave to
withdraw is GRANTED, counsel is excused from further responsibilities herein,
and the APPEAL IS DISMISSED. See 5 TH C IR. R. 42.2.
