Larry W. WILLIAMS, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
T. Travis MEDLOCK, Attorney General of South Carolina, in
his official and individual capacity; Michael J. Cavanaugh,
Commissioner, South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole
and Pardon Services, in his official and individual
capacity, Defendants--Appellees.
No. 94-7224.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Feb. 16, 1995.
Decided March 14, 1995.
Before HAMILTON and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Williams v. Medlock, No. CA-94-958-3-1AK (D.S.C. Sept. 23, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
