Lee Odis ALFORD, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Peggie JONES; Fred Cummings, Defendants-Appellees,
and
Governor HUNT; Odis Temple; Arnold Gregory, Defendants.
No. 94-7435.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: January 19, 1995
Decided: February 22, 1995
Lee Odis Alford, Appellant Pro Se.
William McBlief, NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellees.
Before WILKINS and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and SPROUSE, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Alford v. Jones, No. CA-93-354-5-CT-H (E.D.N.C. Nov. 9, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
