I fully concur in the judgment in this case, but am not willing to concur so far as to hold that after one tract is offered and fails to sell, that another tract may be added and they sold on one bidding. I believe that this is prohibited by the statute. And that where a tract is offered and fails to sell, then there should be an adjournment of the sale, and the property again offered until a sale can be had.
Judgment reversed.
