Cornelius TUCKER, Jr., Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
LIEUTENANT SIGNAL; Correctional Officer Hinnant; Gary
Dixon; Lynn C. Phillips, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 94-6951.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted May 18, 1995.
Decided June 16, 1995.
Cornelius Tucker, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.
Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying leave to file a complaint pursuant to a pre-filing injunction. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Tucker v. Signal, No. MISC-94-87 (E.D.N.C. July 8, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
