UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Leroy Joseph AMAR, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 94-7135.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted June 22, 1995.
Decided July 10, 1995.
Sergio Rodrigo Acchiardo, Baltimore, MD, for Appellant. Katharine Jacobs Armentrout, Assistant United States Attorney, Baltimore, MD, for Appellee.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before HALL, MURNAGHAN, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* United States v. Amar, Nos. CR-90-115-HAR; CA-94-1278-HAR (D. Md. Sept. 20, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
Appellant raises an additional contention on appeal that was not presented to the district court. We decline to address this issue for the first time on appeal
