UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Laskey Britt TALBERT, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 95-6539.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted July 25, 1995.
Decided Aug. 11, 1995.

Laskey Britt Talbert, Appellant Pro Se. Lisa Blue Boggs, Assistant United States Attorney, Greensboro, NC, for Appellee.

M.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before WILKINS, NIEMEYER, and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for credit for time served. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Talbert, No. CR-89-293-G (M.D.N.C. Mar. 27, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
