UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Danny Lee PUCKETT, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 95-6879.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted July 27, 1995.
Decided Aug. 22, 1995.

Danny Lee Puckett, Appellant Pro Se. John Eric Evenson, II, Assistant United States Attorney, Raleigh, NC, for Appellee.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, MOTZ, Circuit Judge, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Puckett, Nos. CA-95-2-CV-7-1F; CR-90-35-F (E.D.N.C. May 8, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
