Taylor Warren SMITH, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
Edward MURRAY; Ray Kiesler, Director of Medical Services;
Frank Drew, Sheriff of Virginia Beach; Rufina C.
Gonzaga, Doctor, Defendants--Appellees.

No. 95-7125.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: Aug. 24, 1995.
Decided: Sept. 19, 1995.

Taylor Warren Smith, Appellant Pro Se. Mark Ralph Davis, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF VIRGINIA, Richmond, VA; Jeff Wayne Rosen, ADLER, ROSEN & PETERS, P.C., Virginia Beach, VA, for Appellees.

Before WIDENER, HALL, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Smith v. Murray, No. CA-94-255-CV-3 (E.D.Va. July 11, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.
