(concurring)—I am of opinion that, under the facts proved, it must be held as a legal conclusion that the deceased was guilty of contributory negligence in failing to look to the east when she might have done so, and seen the approaching train in ample time to save herself from collision therewith. I, therefore, concur in the reversal on account of a failure of proof.
