Rasool Jaleel SWIFT, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
Lewis BARLOW, Defendant--Appellee.

No. 95-7314.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Oct. 30, 1995.

Rasool Jaleel Swift, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WILKINSON, NIEMEYER, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals the district court's order dismissing his claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915(d) (1988). We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Swift v. Barlow, No. CA-95-794-AM (E.D.Va. July 27, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.
