Vincent Andrew CURTIS, Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
Edward W. MURRAY, Director, Respondent-Appellee.

No. 95-6753.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: November 16, 1995.
Decided: November 28, 1995.

Vincent Andrew Curtis, Appellant Pro Se. Robert Quentin Harris, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, VA, for Appellee.

Before MICHAEL and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Curtis v. Murray, No. CA-93-1529-A (E.D.Va., Apr. 13, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED
