State v. Morel

Howell, J.

The defendant, Louis Morel, has appealed from a judgment sentencing him to one year’s imprisonment at hard labor in the State Penitentiary, upon his plea of guilty to a charge of larceny; but he has made no appearance here.

After examining the record, we find no bill of exceptions, no assignment of errors, and no error of law in the proceedings, which requires the interposition of the appellate tribunal. See case of State v. Behan, just decided.

Judgment affirmed, with costs.
