OVERTON, J.A re-examination of these cases satisfies us that our former opinion rendered in them is correct, and therefore should be reinstated.
For the reasons assigned, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the opinion and decree heretofore rendered by us in each of said eases be reinstated and made the judgment of this court.
