UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
David Garfield STEWART, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 95-7953.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: April 15, 1996.
Decided: April 29, 1996.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. T.S. Ellis, III, District Judge. (CR-90-23-A, CA-95-1204-A)
David Garfield Stewart, Appellant Pro Se. Christopher Louis Cardani, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Alexandria, VA, for Appellee.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before ERVIN and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Stewart, Nos. CR-90-23-A; CA-95-1204-A (E.D.Va. Oct. 24, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
