Kevin Jerome Nelson appeals his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines imposed following his guilty plea to two counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Nelson's counsel, the Federal Public Defender, has submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Because our independent review of the record discloses no meritorious issues for review, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is
