Ronald MURPHY, Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
MARYLAND PAROLE COMMISSION; Attorney General of the State
of Maryland, Respondents-Appellees.

No. 95-8590.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted May 16, 1996.

Decided June 7, 1996.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Frederic N. Smalkin, District Judge. (CA-95-3367-S).

Ronald Murphy, Appellant Pro Se.

D.Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before RUSSELL, LUTTIG and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Murphy v. Maryland Parole Comm'n, No. CA-95-3367-S (D. Md. Nov. 14 & 27, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
