I agree with the result but would apply a different standard of review in implied-bias eases. See United States v. Napoleon, 46 MJ 279, 285 (1997)(Crawford, J., concurring in part and in the result); United States v. Minyard, 46 MJ 229, 232 (1997) (Crawford, J., dissenting).
