MEMORANDUM**

2

Juan Lopez-Estrada appeals the sentence imposed upon his conviction by guilty plea for illegal reentry by a previously deported felon. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
