■ -.The Chancellor below heard all of.the evidence. As I;.read and understand his *48original memorandum, as well' as the memorandum filed here during the progress of the appeal, he struck a balance which he felt, after weighing -all the evidence, represented, as near as possible, the amount remaining due. I feel that this is the type of a case where we should not disturb the findings of the Chancellor.
