Dodd v. Liberty Mutual Insurance

FRUGÉ, Judge

(dissenting).

Considering the facts of this case as a whole, I find that plaintiff’s present condition has a causal connection with and resulted from the accident sustained by him *308on May 28, 1969, and that since he is totally and permanently disabled he is entitled to the relief sought. See Stringer v. Brown Paper Mill Co., 224 La. 964, 71 So. 2d 343 (1954).

I respectfully dissent.
