I concur.
I doubt that the complainant is totally and permanently disabled. His post-employment record indicates his ability to substantially perform all of the functions of a common laborer.
Though I am not in agreement with the findings of the trial court, nonetheless I am constrained by the manifest error rule of appellate review to concur.
