In re: Joseph Louis Breaux applying for Writ of Certiorari, and Habeas Corpus.
Writ denied. Based upon the colloquy at the time the guilty plea was entered and considering the reasons given by the trial court denying petitioner’s writ of habeas corpus without an evidentiary hearing, we find no merit in petitioner’s application.
BARHAM, J., is of opinion relator is entitled to evidentiary hearing to determine if relator entered a voluntary and knowledgeable plea.
