Cheeseboro v. Estate of Harris

PER CURIAM.

We have considered the briefs, record and oral arguments and find there is competent substantial evidence to support the findings and conclusions of the trial court and that the trial court did not misapprehend the evidence as contended by appellant. We, therefore, will not substitute our judgment for that of the trial court.

AFFIRMED.

McCORD, Acting C. J., SMITH, J., and FULLER, RICHARD S., Associate Judge, concur.
