(concurring).
I am unable to distinguish in any material degree the fact situation present in this case from that which prevailed in Ferrington, et ux. v. McDaniel et al., 336 So.2d 796 (La. 1976). Ferrington is, in my opinion, controlling and dictates an affirmance of the trial court’s findings that the defendant was negligent and that the plaintiff was free from contributory fault. For these reasons I respectfully concur.
