Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California
Before: THOMPSON, T.G. NELSON, and KLEINFELD, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM*
Lourdes G. Baird, District Judge, Presiding
Jorge Acebal appeals from his 21-month sentence and conviction after his guilty plea to conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 371) and receipt of stolen goods (18 U.S.C. § 659). His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record.
Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
