UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Antonio MARTINEZ, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 96-30354.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted Nov. 17, 1997.**
Decided Nov. 19, 1997.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington John C. Coughenour, District Judge, Presiding.
Before: HUG, Chief Judge, PREGERSON and BEEZER, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM*
Antonio Martinez appeals his sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
