Bryant v. State

PER CURIAM.

The recent decision of the Florida Supreme Court in Clark v. State, 363 So.2d 331 (Fla.1978), is controlling as to the issue of improper comment concerning the defendant’s exercise of his right to remain silent. The court has considered appellant’s remaining issue and finds it without merit.

AFFIRMED.

CROSS and MOORE, JJ., and PAUL, MAURICE M., Associate Judge, concur.
