I cannot agree with my colleagues that plaintiff is unable to perform his regular work without substantial pain, or that he is totally and permanently disabled, within the meaning of LSA-R.S. 23:1221(2), as amended by Art. 583 of 1975. For those reasons, I respectfully dissent.
