Smith v. State

SHIVERS, Judge.

Appellant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress marijuana discovered as the result of a search by an agricultural inspection station inspector. Following evidentiary hearing on appellant’s pretrial motion to suppress, the trial court found that appellant had consented to the search. This finding is based on competent, substantial evidence. Accordingly, we affirm.
