I would affirm the order of the Career Service Commission upholding the employee’s dismissal from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for the ample reasons stated in its order of May 6, 1977. No error was committed below which directly or indirectly affected the correctness of that determination and the further proceedings required by the majority are pro forma only.
