The $12,000 general damages award may well be towards the lower extreme of the trial court’s “much discretion,” La.C.C. 1934(3), but my review of the record (including the circumstance that there was no damage to plaintiff’s ear) does not persuade me that it is a clear abuse of that discretion. It should therefore be affirmed.
