PER CURIAM.Upon consideration of The Florida Bar’s petition for rehearing, asking that the Court delay implementation of the amendments promulgated on May 12, 1983 in this proceeding, the effective date of the amendments is hereby changed from June 30, 1983 to June 30, 1984.
