I concur in the denial of the rehearing because State v. Sullivan, 427 So.2d 442 (La.1983) is controlling, mandates that result, and a majority of this Court is in accord with the views expressed therein. However, for the same reasons expressed in my dissent to Sullivan, I disagree with the result reached.
