The petitioner has not complied with Rule 39(k), A.R.App.P., and no opinion was issued by the Court of Criminal Appeals. On the authority of Ex parte Save Our *Page 528 Streams, Inc., 541 So.2d 549 (Ala. 1989), we will not issue the writ of certiorari, and we express no opinion regarding the merits of the petitioner's claims.
