I agree wholeheartedly with the reasoning and conclusion of the majority opinion. My only reason for adding this concurrence is to state that the result is also consistent with the holding by the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in *118Manuel v. P.A.W. Drilling, 135 F.3d 344 (5th Cir.1998).
