For the reasons assigned this day in Sutton Steel & Supply Inc. v. BellSouth Mobility, Inc., 03-1536 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/9/04), 875 So.2d 1062, 2004 WL 1253765, we deny BellSouth’s application for a supervisory writ.
