I dissent from the sanction imposed by the majority. I believe the sanction chosen by the majority is excessive for the conduct of this conscientious, but perhaps non-proficient, attorney. I would impose a lesser sanction, perhaps as much as, but not more than, a one-year suspension from the practice of law.
