(dissenting) : I do not believe that the evidence justified a verdict for the plaintiff below. I think that the jury, as was said in Railway Co. v. Morris, 64 Kan. 411, 415, 67 Pac. 837, “roamed with unreasoning license in a wide field of speculation.”
