(dissenting in part) : The negligence of the defendant in furnishing the plaintiff an inaccurate schedule of trains did not contribute to the collision. The sole cause of the collision was running by a stop signal in disobedience of a rule which was imperative whatever train list the plaintiff had received. Therefore judgment should be ordered for the defendant.
