(dissenting): I fear this decision unsettles an important feature of the law governing sales of commodities by description, where the vendor is merely a dealer and not a manufacturer. (Ehrsam v. Brown, 76 Kan. 206, 91 Pac. 179; Thresher Co. v. Nelson, 105 Kan. 517, 519, 184 Pac. 982.) I therefore dissent.
