Kincheloe, J.It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of cotton plush articles woven on the loom as completed articles and that it is similar in all material respects to that the subject of Ramallah v. United States (T. D. 47681). In accordance therewith the claim at 40 percent under paragraph 923 was sustained.
