Rao, J.In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of model ships, item No. J-1503, similar in all material respects to those the subject of Ross Products, Inc. v. United States (52 Cust. Ct. 51, C.D. 2435), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
