I respectfully dissent as to the appropriate sanction. The Hearing Panel recommended a public reprimand. The Executive Committee disagreed and recommended indefinite suspension. I agree with the recommendation of the Executive *470Committee and would impose indefinite suspension as the appropriate sanction.
